That is why our Base Private Lessor Package service will provide you with the hassle-free background check, and tenant screening to make sure that you are getting the safest and most reliable tenant living on your property.

         

            In addition to the service, we will also be able to collect rent payments when they are due and ensure that your property is maintained. Work Orders will be handled on an Urgent Priority Basis, (mold exposure, bare electrical wiring, gas leaks, etc.). The Base Private Lessor Package is 10% of the monthly property rent.

 

 

             

            Our Premium Private Lessor Package will come with all the Base Private Lessor Package amenities, plus, around the clock service to specialized trade contractors that are capable and handy. We will also be in charge of posting new listings to listing sites such as Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Skip the contracts and fees, and seamlessly find new renters to lease the space. The Premium Private Lessor Package is 15% of the monthly property rent.
